Time in Le Saint Julien

Working in a fine dining kitchen is really not easy...
After 12 weeks training, what has been improve is the speed of preparing a dish...
Speed and consistency are the main criterial to be maintained in preparing a dish...
Although it was tough and hard to catch up their working speed, it's really a great experience working on it...
The most enjoying part was in F1 Singapore.
It really great working at a high speed plating... And the best part was, watching F1 live for free!
People paid over hundreds and thousands just to watch the F1 race but I got it F.O.C!
Well, this is really a memorable experience... Forever won't forget...
